M-Tech offers a clear, structured, and easy-to-understand return and warranty policy covering all product categories. Below is an overview of the warranty and return terms by product type. All policies apply only to products purchased directly from M-Tech and are subject to inspection upon receipt.
All replacement parts sold by M-Tech are covered by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover accidental damage, improper installation, misuse, liquid damage, or normal wear and tear.
All replacement batteries include a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. Physical damage, swelling due to misuse, or improper installation are not covered.
Tools, machines, and repair supplies are covered by a 30-day warranty unless otherwise specified. The warranty applies only to manufacturing defects.
Defective accessories may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original packaging. Accessories ordered in error or no longer needed may be returned within 15 days if unused and resalable. Returns outside these timeframes are not eligible for credit.
All pre-owned devices sold by M-Tech include a 60-day warranty covering functional defects only. This warranty does not cover physical or internal damage, including cracks, bends, liquid damage, misuse, or unauthorized repairs.
All returned devices must be unlocked, free of personal data, and without any iCloud, Google, or other account locks. Devices returned with active locks will be automatically rejected. M-Tech guarantees the validity of the IMEI and provides carrier-related support for the lifetime of the device.
Approved returns are issued as store credit based on the lower of purchase price or current selling price.
Prepaid return labels are provided only for defective items approved under warranty. Accounts with at least $1,500 in replacement parts purchases in the last 30 days may receive one free label per month. International shipments are excluded.
All returns must include proper identification and RMA details. Unidentified returns may experience delays or rejection.
Accounts exceeding 25% RMA value over 90 days may be reviewed and restricted.
Rejected items are held for 15 days before disposal.
If you receive a part and notice an issue, contact us immediately and provide photos or videos.
Internal damage may result from pressure or impact and may include lines, dead pixels, or discoloration.
Returns are processed within 1–7 business days.
Yes, multiple returns may be shipped together.
